All of the following steps in our installation process can be done in 1 day, depending on the size of the floor. Our process was designed not just to be fast, but also to be top-tier when it comes to overall quality. The system has resulted in countless satisfied customers in Eastvalle and the surroundings.

We prepare all concrete by mechanically grinding it, which will yield the best results. This removes any existing coatings, stains and oils and creates the ultimate Concrete Surface Profile for our floor coatings to bond with the concrete. Different products require different CSP and we use different types of diamond grinding bits to achieve this.
Crack and hole repair as needed to create the best structural substrate possible. Any hairline cracks, larger cracks, pitting or damaged areas will be addressed. Crack repair is an important step as it ensures the structural integrity of the concrete and your new epoxy floor.
Depending on the chosen system and the condition of the concrete, we will install either a vapor barrier or a primer coat to seal the concrete. We will then move on to installing the epoxy flake floor, starting with the base coat and broadcasting the vinyl-colored chips.
Once the floor has been installed, we will seal it with two coats of protective, UV-stable topcoat. The topcoat is designed to protect your floor from damaged stains and wear and tear.
On average full floor installation will take between 1- 4 days and return to service can be in as little as a couple of hours, depending on the floor system.
